I have downloaded Vortex_Studio_2017.6.0.17_x64_vc10.msi and installed the software,then i use the key to active,the problem is as the first photo,Vortex Studio Essentials Edition cannot be activated.the proper picture should be the second photo.i have re-installed but the problem does not disappear,and the V_REP cannot work.what's wrong?

no vortex studio license was found while have already actived license in Vortex License Manager.

have already restart the software several times.

Hi Zhendong and Ruichang,

We found the problem and made a correction on the activation server.

On your side, simply re-do the activation in VortexLicenseManagerGUI.

Click on "Add Another License" and re-enter the SAME activation key that you used before.

I have the same problem, and I can not solve it re-doing the activation in Vortex License Manager. My activation key is: 0557-2341-4659-3969.

Any advice could help. Thanks for your attention.
